French polynesia and Tahiti pearls mean for me the beginning of an adventure and the beginning of a new work. Thanks to a couple of pearlproducers who I had the chance to be introduced to, and who now are very good friends I had the opportunity to discover the world of tahitian pearls. Very soon I decided to make jewelry with those beautiful gems.

I started to build myself as a goldsmith  in Germany then in Nîmes and Montpellier, in the south of France. Today I work in Sete, surrounded by the sea, like when I’m in Polynesia. I love the sea. It is my element. A neverending movement that invites us to travel and to dream.

Pearls are fragile and therefore you must be very well equiped to work them into jewels. Their colors are amazing. Going from green to purple and turning into lime green or blue. If their colors can appear very surprising their shapes aren’t less estonishing.

A pearl is a living material. You don’t need to add much to its beauty. It is unique. The jewels they inspire me have very pure and simple forms.
